Our website is still working as usual and we are still providing our customers with the best service possible from a safe environment.

The safety of both our customers and staff remains our highest priority at this time. We are following strict social distancing measures in order to despatch orders reliably and Royal Mail continues to follow procedures for safe handling of mail and parcels with contact free delivery.

Delivery Charges

Here at Silvary, we pride ourselves on offering you the best delivery options we can. Full delivery and return details can be found below. It all sounds a little bit formal so please forgive us, but we just want to make sure you know exactly how it all works. We are currently offering free standard delivery within the UK for orders over £50. All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day with Royal Mail and will arrive 2-4 days. Delivery charges apply to orders under £50. The choice of options are available at the checkout option.

We also offer the option of a next day delivery service within the UK (excluding the Republic of Ireland & Channel Islands) available on any order placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday. Next Day orders placed on a Friday are delivered on a Monday and Next Day orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are delivered on the following Tuesday. Next day orders placed on a Bank Holiday Monday will be delivered the following Wednesday.

Delivery is sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and charged at £6.95. Please note that all Next Day orders require a signature upon delivery.

Please be advised that during busier periods some parcels may take slightly longer to be delivered.

Please note that we are currently not offering deliveries outside of the UK at this moment in time.

We are unable to deliver to PO box addresses.

We cannot refund or resend orders which have been lost within your workplace. If an order is delivered to your workplace, it is your responsibility to track down the parcel.
